The property has around 1,400 square-feet living space camouflaged at the rear of the jungle-like area of the neighborhood. The home gives you an old country vibe with its wide-open spaces. Through the front door, the refreshing touch of beige flooring of the enormous entrance hall welcomes you.

Other House Features

There is also an allotted room for breakfast that features two gigantic picture windows, and vaulted roofs allowing the sunbeams inside the house. The lustrous kitchen is one of the highlights of the house. The pitch-dark granite countertops make the room glitter. There are custom-built slatted cabinetry and lots of unconventional voluptuous details.

The three guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms for optimal convenience, plus, a state-of-the-art master’s suite. The master’s bedroom brings you closer to nature with its exposed-beam upper interior and a couple of doorways leading you out to a private veranda with a magnificent sighting of the canyon. A see-through glass divides the bathroom’s deep-soaking bathtub and its shower, giving it an exquisite appearance.

More cultivated landscaping surrounds the backyard with several brick verandas where you can spend your afternoon reading while breathing in the fresh California air. There is also a two-car parking space in front of the house.
